Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, sports bras, leggings, shorts, and similar close-fitting garments may only be returned if they are unworn and with all protective hygiene liners in place.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or deodorant/makeup stains will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return

Contact our Customer Support team at sales@slaviathleticwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your 1-888-561-7528, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of the original purchase date, once the returned items are inspected and approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

Orders placed outside this region cannot be processed or delivered at this time.
